ABOUT
Tara has a broad background in performance art with extensive training in dance, theatre and bodywork.
Her coaching draws on her diverse experience, employing multiple techniques from breath work to navigating the emotional truth of a scene.
She is passionate about her craft and approaches each session with excitement and joy. She also has a talent for working with youth.
There is a natural ease in her ability to connect with kids. This talent served her well over her 20 year career as a dance instructor and honed her ability to communicate the ‘language of acting’ with kids of all ages.
